We are aware of and working on fixing an issue with our SMS code verification service. We hope to have the issue resolved no later than Wednesday, 5/6.
When you purchase from Cardpool's mobile app, we email you the gift card information as well as add it to your mobile app. If you cannot locate or deleted an email for a gift card you are trying to use, please contact us so we can resend the original delivery email to you. We will need an order ID, so please provide it in the support request.
