There was a device recognition issue introduced in version 1.2.5 of the Cardpool mobile app. It was fixed in version 1.2.6, with further improvements released in version 1.2.7 on 9/7. If you haven't already updated the app to version 1.2.7, please do so as soon as possible.
We may still need to perform a device reset if you cannot access your wallet. If you are having trouble logging in or accessing your wallet after the update, please send us a message from the email account associated with your Cardpool login asking for a device reset.
NOTE: A handful of users are reporting a problem when the mobile number needs to be verified. Our system is supposed to send an SMS with a 4-digit PIN for you to enter, but an error message is displayed instead. If you encounter this issue, please let us know. We are still researching the issue and possible solutions.
